The Improved You

  • June 5th, 2024

You have to take action, and take proper action. You must design yourself as an action oriented person who is willing to go out there and aggressively try to get things done. It’s not enough to just have a positive attitude and think about all of the great things that you could have going on, and it’s not enough to just hope for good things to happen to you. It’s not enough for you to simply NOT do any harm or do any negative actions (even though that is definitely a positive). You HAVE to take action. And you have to take aggressive action. And you have to take consistent action. You have to keep putting in action, keep putting in work, until either whatever goal you wanted to accomplish has been accomplished, or until you die. Those are your only two options… LITERALLY. I other you accomplish the goal, or you die. There are no other options. There are no other expectations. You have to go until the job is done.

And if that is your attitude with every goal that you have, then it would behoove you to work as hard as you can in order to accomplish said goal as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can work on the next win or die goal that you have. This is the way.

If you know that you HAVE to get a thing done at some point, as in there is no choice since you HAVE to get it done, wouldn’t you want to start on that thing now? Would that not make the most sense?? That’s why you have to get started on your goals now. You have to put in as much work as you possibly can today to give yourself the best opportunity at getting the goal accomplished.

Your thoughts have to be completely aligned with your actions, and both need to be positive. The universe is not going to allow you to develop goals that you can’t actually accomplish. It’s in your head for a reason. “If you can see it, you can achieve it” is a great phase indeed, but it is not just lip service. It is literal fact. Your mind doesn’t imagine things that cannot be placed into your reality. If you think about something you could live your life in that same thing. You just have to keep your thoughts positive, keep your thoughts consistent and focused on one goal, and then you have to keep your actions with them focused and consistent. But you HAVE to match the actions with the thoughts. Your thoughts can’t be positive and then your actions be negative, that would never work for you. Your thoughts and expectations can’t be negative and lower tier, and your actions be positive, and expect to win either. You’ll get much further with bad thoughts and positive actions (admittedly you CAN accomplish a lot with this strategy as well), but you’re never going to reach anywhere near your full potential unless your consistent positive actions accompany your consistent positive thoughts.

Focus on yourself first. You have to build yourself into something before you can even think about anything else or anybody else. You would only build a house by starting with a foundation. That’s literally the point of a foundation. Before you do anything else, before you think about doing anything else, you have to build the strongest possible foundation that you could build. And when it comes to your life, YOU are the foundation.

It’s a righteous thing to want to help other, to want to assist other people on their journey, but you can be no assistance to one man if you are a burden to another. You have to make sure you are taken care of, you are in a good position, before you put yourself out there to help other people. Before you start your giving, specifically in a materialistic and monetary sense, you need to make sure that you’re actually in a position to give.

It is basically foolhardy for you to start handing out slices of a pie that is hot whole and is not yet baked. That is never the move for you to make. If you TRULY want to help others, the best thing you actually can do is turn yourself not the best version of yourself humanly possible. When you are a better version of you, you are able to help other people. But you can only BECOME a better version of yourself by actually being selfish, focusing on yourself, bettering yourself. Literally the best way (and usually the only way) for you to help poor people is by you getting yourself rich first.

If you haven’t gotten the results that you desire, and you have actually been patient and aren’t expecting some level of greatness to come in a week, then the most obvious reason and most likely reason is simply you haven’t put in enough work. You haven’t done enough yet. It’s very easy to overestimate the effort that we’re putting in, the things that we have done. A lot of times we really have worked hard, we really have put in as much effort as we feel that we possibly could, but we just don’t recognize the fact that we are capable of so much more. We could work so much harder. We could do so much more on a daily basis, on a weekly basis. A lot of times, by working with expectation, or by THINKING about how hard we are working, we actually limit the work to e could potentially be doing. We are really holding ourselves back. So if you haven’t gotten to where you think you should have gotten, and it’s been a more than reasonable length of time to expect for said thing to have happened, and you’re SURE you aren’t using a complete asinine system to accomplish your goal (even a not so great system will suffice for the man willing to put in who it effort), then you definitely need to take into consideration simply putting in more work. More work can’t do anything for you Bhutto help you succeed faster.

  • Value of Consistency

    June 5th, 2024

There is no point in doing anything if you’re not going to be consistent with it. Before you decide to embark on any endeavor, you have to make sure you’re willing to be consistent with it. If you’re unwilling to be consistent with something you are essentially wasting your own time. If you put in work on something today, wait a couple of weeks, put I some work three days in a row, take off another week, and then work hard for two days again near the end of the month, you’re never going to accomplish anything. You’re not actually going to get anywhere. All you’re going to do is frustrate yourself because in your mind you’ll feel as though you’re doing a lot of work (and in reality you ARE) but because said work hasn’t been consistent and constant, you won’t have anywhere near the results you actually would expect. Your mind will have convinced you that you did a month and a half’s worth of work because that is tv s time parameter you used, but in reality you only did about eight or nine days worth of work when you consider the fact every time you restarted you probably had to relearn and retrain so many basic functions. So just do yourself a favor and be consistent from the beginning, and thereby get ALL the results you want from the beginning.

  • Efficient Action

    June 5th, 2024

Each decision is important. Every decision matters, each one is going to determine your life, even the smallest ones that you give no care to, that you do not think about. Everything builds upon itself. Everything compounds. Nothing is done alone, everything adds upon itself.

This is why it is so important to be efficient with your decision making, be efficient with your actions. If you build your foundation upon a bunch of inefficient actions, making the wrong decisions, not making the best use of your time, you are essentially guaranteeing that you will fail. However, if you are making efficient decisions, doing the right thing every day, making the best use of your time on a consistent basis, your life can’t help but be a success. It’s as simple as that.

Life isn’t complicated at all, on any level, no matter what people try to tell you or convince you of. It’s actually incredibly simple. The game is easy to play, the game is amazingly easy to win. Do the right things and you will get the right results. You do not have to overthink it, you do not need to over-explain it. You do the proper things, you’re going to get the proper results. If you’re willing to put in the hard work, you are going to have the best outcomes. Treat your body well and your body is going to treat you even better.

Do all that you can do each and every day. The only time you have is the present so always use the present time to put in the most and best and most efficient work that you possibly can. The more work you do today the further you are going to be tomorrow. The more that you get done today the more that you are going to be able to get done tomorrow. The more that you are able to create in these moments, the more you are going to have available to you in the future. You have to keep this mindset at all times; this is the type of mindset that is going to keep your life on a consistent, constant upward trajectory.

  • Do More

    May 15th, 2024

Every time that you work, put in more effort than you have to. If you go out to eat, tip more than what is expected. If someone asks to borrow $5 from you, send them $10. You want to be known as the type of person who goes beyond and above what is expected. If the standard at your job is completing 10 tasks a day, you need to be aiming for 13 a day MINIMUM. if your coach is recommending they you run 2 miles per day, then you should be running 5. Whatever expectation has been put on you, no matter what it is, you need to aim to obliterate it.

When it comes to getting to the paper, when it comes to stacking up the bread, you can’t play around. If you fly with the birds you turn into birdseed and won’t collect anything but bread crumbs. But it’s all about collecting more paper, getting more money, stacking up more bread. Don’t be satisfied with a 20 when you can have a 50. Don’t be satisfied turning $1 into $100 when you can turn that same dollar into $1000. And definitely don’t be satisfied with that, because doing more only means that you can do more.
